Before the official appeared Silvestro Malandro, 25, peasant farmer residing in this town [Casalincontrada], to declare that at on 27 of the current month at the place at Via Pietradura [no number], to Maria Malandra, his wife, peasant farmer residing with him, was born a male child who he presented to the official and to whom was given the name GABRIELE
Witnesses to the record: Nunzio Malandro, 31, peasant farmer; and Serafino Salvatore, 51, peasant farmer.

Taking a look at the last images you posted, I think the father's surname is MONTANARO, not Malandro (could it be the same for the first set you send me. Same wife, Maria Malandra....

OH wow! I just notice that you appear to be right. Lugi is only one that has Malandra the rest are MONTANARO. There must of been another Maria Malandra married to Silvestro MONTANARO.
Could they have mis-wrote this? Or something weird going on with Maria having two lovers?
