ship log for Giacomo Cesarone/Rosario Marinucci

Hello.
My first post: One Ellis Island web site had the ship log w/ my GGranfather Luigi Malvestuto's name from Sulmona.However i could not find his future wife'a (Rosario Marinucci ) listing on a ship log , she was also from Italy..Sulmona per another website. In addition I could not find my Grandfather Giacomo Cesarone's (from Raino/a?) name on ship log from same website. He was born around 1900 I believe and Rosario's DOB was 1878 per another site. If anyone can help to find thier names on arriving ship logs to the US..that would be greatly appreciated. In addition if anyone can tell me how to go about getting all three of their birth certificates in Italy..that would be great.
