Marcantelli family Pistoia Italy

My Great Grandfather was Assuero Marcantelli born 1882, he married Quintilia Fedi born 1885, they came to the united states in early 1911 California Sacramento area. Assueros parents were Luigi Marcantelli and Marianna Gialdini. I can not find any other information. I have not searched records in Italy before and I need some ideas on what I could do to find more information. Could anyone help me with some ideas? Thanks Sandy

Ponte Buggianese is a autonomous municipality since 1883.. be3fore of 1883, for the civil records you can try in Buggiano civil records
