I already have this document translated but have a question about it. The deceased, Giulio Pinto, has a wife named Carmela Perrilla. Next to her name in the document is says "fu Nicola". Am I correct in understanding this to mean that her father (deceased) was Nicola Perilla? Thank you so much! Suzanne

Yes, you are correct. Giulio Pinto was husband of Carmela PERILLO "fu Nicola" (= of the late Nicola)
