Registering as an Italian Citizen in a New Consulate

As I mentioned previously, I recently moved from Philadelphia jurisdiction to Miami jurisdiction. I am filling out the AIRE paperwork and wanted to double check with the knowledgable folks here to make sure I'm filling out the right form.
