I found a marriage document for my great aunt,Adele Santoro, but I'm having trouble understanding the last paragraph of the document. I understand the notations about the publication of notice of intent to marry, but the last paragraph mentions something about the groom having to fulfill a military obligation. At least I think that is what it says.
For some reason I could not attach the file, but I found it at Archivio di Stato di L'Aquila/Stato civile/Collepietro/Matrimonio/1911 Numero 7 - Immagine 11
Any help would be appreciated.

John,
it is wrote that groom have fulfilled their military service obligations; that the groom's parents don't are married, the bride's parents are married.
