PEC

I thought I would obtain a PEC account in case I'd like to request documents from Italy.
I sent a couple of emails to a couple of different comuni. One response that seems odd in the way the email is structured. I was wondering if this is normal or a glitch in the system.

Does anyone else have a pec address that I could send an email to and receive one to see if it is the system?
