Am I reading this right? it looks like a promise to marry dated 1821 between Andrea Salamone & Rosalia Franzella

It is Maria Balsamo not Maria Balzano...

I agree with Livio that Maria's surname is Balsamo. The name is much clearer on her birth record and also on the coversheet.
