Before the official appeared Augusto Michele Cipriano, age 27, landowner residing in Frigento to present a female child who he declared was born on September 23 at 4.30 AM to his wife Maria Teresa Camuso residing with her husband, at the house they inhabit in this town at contrada San Martino n. 1, and that this child was given the name Maria Filomena.
Present as witnesses to the recording of this birth were Saverio Siniscalchi age 26, landowner and Giuseppe Pelosi age 45, master.

I don't recall the name Camuso being a Frigento name either, but I believe the name is Camuso. The name certainly appears in the province.

What I posted previously was an extract of the marriage between Angelo and Maria, received on 30 August 1888 in Frigento. It was sent from the town of Torella dei Lombardi where Maria Teresa Camuso was living at the time. I've managed to fish out the actual marriage record for you, which is water stained, and using the information from the extract where needed, I have translated the original record from Torella dei Lombardi for you:

Marriage No 14: Angelo Michele Cipriano and Maria Teresa Camuso (Right Side of image 2039)
Torella dei Lombardi: 11 August 1888, 10.15 am
Groom: Angelo Michele Cipriano, 24 yo, contadino, born and residing in Frigento, son of Gabriele, and Filomena Pascucci, both residing Frigento.

Bride: Maria Teresa Camuso, 18 yo, contadina, born in Sant'Angelo All'Esca, residing in Torella, daughter of deceased Marciano, resident of Sant'Angelo All'Esca and of Raffaela Lonardo, resident in Torella

Witnesses: Alfonso Rubino, 34 yo, possidente and Giuseppantonio Famiglietti, 40 yo, muratore.

Banns were posted in Frigento, on 8 and 15 July.

The parents of the groom and the mother of the bride gave their consent.
