Magliarini, Megliarini, Magliorini? What is correct?

Post by KSRattazzi »

On the ship manafest, when my great-grandmother Elisa Rattazzi came to American with my grandfather, Attilio, she lists her sister as "Ernesta Magliarini." I've been running searches on this surname and think it is incorrect spelling. Any ideas?

They were from Baveno.

Grazie. :)

Have you checked the LDS microfilms for the town of Baveno? They have the civil records (birth, marriage & death acts) for the years 1866-1899....Should provide correct spelling.
