First Name: Giuseppe

Date of Arrival: Apr 12, 1906
Age at Arrival: Gender: M Marital Status: U

When you see a line across his name... it means that he did not travel on that boat.

They have him on the ships record list.... so there was an intention of travelling...

But it is obvious that he was never interviewed by the ships record keeper...

and there is nothing else on that manifest that says anything about him...

At this point... we can assume that he may have sailed on a different date...

... or not sailed at all.... :?

There is no way of knowing if he was your great grandfather...

Do you see any other names on that list that you might know?

I do not see any manifests with the Pasqualotto surname coming from Arsiero... none at all!

Kepi:
Maria, Nuccia, and all users, they worked so much for you and I believe that is very fine to thank, and to reply with kindless, because we are italians... they try of help you, and because your info are so little, and you don't know if emigrated in USA or no, it is logic that we search in all directions.. and perhaps you don't know that the USa records are so much mistaken, especially for the birthyear or imm. year... Pasqualotto surname.. in Arsiero, you have the birthdate, well most probable you have also the birthact, you can post it here..? I wish to read the surname handwriting....

many thanks for attention, remembering that we are italians, best regards, suanj

Hi Kepi,

My parents immigrated to Canada in 1957 ... I was born here in Canada. They were born near Avezzano.

As for the name Pasqualotto... maybe they came from nearby towns...? and not from Arsiero... I am starting to think that he was not from Arsiero..

If you KNOW FOR SURE that he came to America... than we can keep looking... if not... it will eat up forum member research time looking for nothing...

suanj made you a wonderful offer... if you have his birth act please post for further review.

Thank you for the private message :P
