Welcome to ItalianGenealogy!!

By pulling local records on your family, such as ship manifest, naturalization papers, ect., you can locate the exact town in Italy
to further your research.

Since your grandmother is still alive, have you asked for information
regarding the town of origin? Do you know when immigration occured?

Here is a little info about Castelpetroso.

The Family History Center has records for Castelpetroso from 1809 to 1899.
