Bredariol - Treviso

Post by abred »

Hello!

I'm a descendant of Italian and I live in Brazil.
I hope through this post find a relative living in Italy.

The father of my grandfather is Natale Bredariol, married to Maria Baldasso. They arrived in Brazil in January 1895 whith 3 sons Giuseppe (3 yo - my granfather), Luigia (5 yo) and Giovanni (1 yo).
In others documents, the information about the origin is from Treviso.

Thanks,

Alexandre

Hi Alexandre, and what you needing?
Maybe your ancestors born in some common in Treviso province; If Natale Bredariol was born after the 1874, by Ruolo Matricolare paper( effective military service) you can descover where he was born with precision... writing in Archivio di Stato di Treviso, hoping helpful, regards,

Baldasso is a tipycal surname of Spresiano, which is a town near Treviso.
Bredariol is not an usual surname, but anyway, near Treviso, there is a Town called Breda.

Dear Suanj I asked the question as to whether you need the town of origin when requesting military recordd from the Archivio dello Stato della provincia and this is what they wrote me back:

" Si comunica che per rinvenire il foglio matriciolore di un militare e necessario conoscere oltre la data di nascita anche il luogo di nascita. In base a quest'ultimo elemento l'interessato puo rivolgersi al corrispondente Ufficio Distrettuale Militare.".......Prof. Aldo G. Ricci Prot/95/37-07/19, Roma.

Unfortunately, I haven't more information about my ancestors. Only when they came of age in Brazil. The document have just a little information about them.
Natale Bredariol is 35 years old when he arrived in Brazil and Maria is 30 yo in this time. So, I belive he has born on 1860.
Thanks...
