It appears from his 1909 manifest that this was his 2nd trip.
There should be another manifest from abt 1905.

That's why we encourage feedback.....SO records and research are not duplicated.
If you have gathered all US documents, identified the exact town of origin,
the next step is to send to Italy for original copies of records or to search thru microfilmed records by the Lds.

Have you sent for records to the town of origin? Been able to confirm the town of origin thru US records.....(other than manifest)...

No, I have not written anyone about town of origin records, nor had I gone back or checked with the LSD research center, it wasn't until this week that my 'family' started asking question about this family tree, which I am ashamed to say has sit on the back burner for awhile. No, i haven't been able to confirm town of origin either. I didn't realize there was so much free information avaliable.

You can send for records while waiting on microfilm, you just may get them before the microfilm!!

Easy to use interactive form letter:

http://circolocalabrese.org/resources/letters/index.asp

Taking cues from the census, both are naturalized. Have you sent for this record....also list ages at marriage, giving you a rough idea of what year they married.......
