Information on my grand grand father borned in Riva Trigoso

I have been trying to get information on my grand grand father who lived in Riva Trigoso and married Basilia Bo. They both traveled to Peru with their first sons. My grand father was Virgilio Ghio Bo and he borned in Lima Peru. Could someone who is knowledgeable about how to find the birth certificate of someone who was born in Northern Italy (at least I think was Riva Trigoso) please help me. Can you all give me some help on what do do? Thank you very much.

I found the death certificate of Basilia Bo, her father's name was Fortunato Bo, her mother's name was Caterina Zolezzi, she married Giovanni Ghio, she was born in Sestri, Italia [Sestri Levante] here is the death certificate image:

you need to write in Italian, this is a form letter that you can use:

consider also that the civil registrations began on around 1866/1867, so if you are requesting previous acts you must write to the churches were the person was baptized or were married etc...

Coming from Riva Trigoso I believe the church were you have to write is:

My father, brother, and I plan to spend my beloved mother's birthday this September 2021 in Sestri Levante -my great-great-grandfather's hometown. He was Giovanni Ghio Zolezzi, and my great-grandfather was Amadeo Ghio Bo, whose brother was Virgilio Ghio Bo.

Looking into the town of Sestri Levante, I have realized that the current mayor's last name is also Ghio - what a coincidence!
