International Reply Coupons

I am about to send a request to Italy for my great-grandmother's birth certificate extract. I have never done this before. I have composed the letter using samples from various sources.

My question is this, how many International Reply Coupons do I need to send for return postage? I bought one but then I read on the Circolo Calabrese site that I should send two. Do I need to send two coupons when requesting just one extract?

The servbice is free but it is suggested by the Mormons and the website you mentioned because written requests are low priority end of day concerns and it helps. Peter
