Find this Death Record

I went to the italian state Archives for Agrigneto - Racalmuto Morti records for 1840. On the right hand side of the following link, second line - a Maria Puma is listed as record number 216.

However, when I go to record number 216 (image 110), the person listed as dead is not her (see link):

I've looked at the records before and after image 110, but can't find her. I even tried record number 116, but no luck. Can anyone find this record for Maria Puma?
