Birth Certificate

Post by mosca5 »

Hello,

I am looking for info on my ancestor Angela Moschino, who died in 1883 in Rosignano Monferrato. I do not have a birth year or town for her.

Also Veneta Moschino born 1885 Rosignano Monferrato, married Umberto Zai 1904 in Ozzano Monferrato. Trying to find death date for her. Umberto died in 1954 in Altavilla Monferrato. I know she was still alive as of 1966, but that's all I have to go on.

Thanks

Here is the death act for Angela Moschino in 1883 in Rosignano (#70)
Angela died on 12 December at 7 PM at the house at Via Cappelletta #21.
Angela was 5 years of age (so born about 1878), and the daughter of Giovanni, farmer; and of Linda Alemanno(sp?), farmer; both residents of Rosignano.

Birth of Veneta Moschino in Rosignano in 1885
#63
Born on 4 May 1885 at the house at Via Berroni(?) #4 to Giovanni Moschino [son of deceased Bartolomeo], 37, farmer; and to Ermelinda Alemanno [daughter of deceased Francesco], 36, his wife, farmer, born in Casale.

Notation in margin corrects the spelling of the mother's surname to Alinda Alemanno from Linda Alemana...

Veneta, Filomena, Maria Moschino was born in Rosignano May 4 1885
daughter of Giovanni Moschino, son of the deceased Bartolomeo, 37 peasant
and Linda Alemano, daughter of the deceased Francesco, peasant, 36
In the margin a correction of the mother's name: Alemanno with a double n and something on the name that I can't read

Ciao Paola!

No problem! I didn't see Marty's before I posted mine :-D

The more, the better!!!

Yes, I also had trouble locating the birth of Angela in 1878.
There are several female Moschino births in 1879 (no Angela) and one in 1877 (Clotilde)
