No surname "Molglea" on Ellis Island manifests nor any listings for that surname per the Italian white pages.

It could be Mogie.
I would suggest also to look at the husband Giovanni and find their marriage record

Interesting 1904 Michigan marriage for an Antonia Mogli to a James (Giacomo) Vairo. Is this Maria Mogli's sister marrying Giovanni's brother or cousin? No 340 left side.
