Sanzeri/Centorbi marriage CianCiana

Hi! I am trying to find records pertaining to my great-grandmother Serafina Centorbi born 1882, who married Joseph Sanzeri born 1881. It looks like Serafina gave birth to my paternal grandmother Mary Sanzeri in Sicily before they came to America in 1908 and ended up in West Virginia. I’m having trouble finding any records with their names prior to coming to America, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
