One additional clue [don't know if could be interesting]: Cesare told my family Giacomino moved to Colorado and there he should get married [don't know to whom]...

Good morning from Italy :) This census was interesting but it's written he was married in Italy? Because if it's like that, it's not possible... Agostino did not marry before leaving... It's interesting because this person had a daughter named Augusta (Agostino was Giacomino's father)

The census regarding Jim Mace sounds a little bit strange... Even here, I understand Giacomino should be at the second wedding, but this is not possible...

This census:
Same family in NM
interesting 1920 census

daughter Annie 13 (abt 1907) NM
is even interesting but where is Tony? I'll try to explain... When I saw for the first time the link suanj writed I thought probably we were on the right way... There was just one thing I didn't understand: Tony... In fact I know Giacomino had a daughter before losing his traces but, according to what was written on the cemetery page, Tony was elder than Annie... Instead, If the family is composed this way is more plausibly...

What more I can say... Giacomino was trying to improve his knowledge... is it possible to find out something regarding diplomas or degrees achieved?

Regarding Cesare: the maifest you posted is right... His was going to his brother in law Raffaele ... As I told you, Cesare and Giacomino were together for a period of time... they worked together... Don't know if this clue could be interesting...

Waiting for your answers... Thanks

Hi Maria, Augusta really is Augusto, son.... as in the census and in death records that I found... this record of New mexico( near Colorado County) is the more probable record of your ancestor... regards, suanj

maybe this match with vj 1910 colorado census abt Lucy daughter of James Mazzocco:
death date in New Mexico:
MAZZOCCO ANDREW 08 28 1922 MCKINLEY
MAZZOCCO LUCY 07 14 1920 MCKINLEY
MAZZOCO AUGUST 07 23 1936 MCKINLEY
so Lucy died in 1920

my apologies, this is a duplicate of suanj's post above!

Good morning :D !
Appears Cesare Onesti is also a bit tough to track down...

A few more Mazzocco records from New Mexico for review:
from USGenWeb
(not a complete list)
NEW MEXICO DEATHS 1899-1940
Last First MI Date County Age
MAZZOCCO LUCY 07 14 20 MCKINLEY 05 4
MAZOCCO GIOVANNA 10 17 21 BERNALILLO 346 (34 6?)
MAZZOCCO ANDREW 08 28 22 MCKINLEY 40 6
MAZZOCO AUGUST 07 23 36 MCKINLEY 186 (18 6?)
edit: added
MAZZOCCO JOSEPHINE 01 12 47 McKinley 69 yrs

Possible 1910 census has some serious errors?
Perhaps only Josephine was married before?
Lucy also a family name (Giacomino's mother)
Perhaps only Annie & Flora are James' children?

More records could confirm this is correct family, or not
the correct family.

Still lots more records to find  !

Maria,
Suanj suggested you may want to try to contact
some possible living relatives.
I'm sending you a PM with a list of possibilities from
the public record index on ancestry.com.
