Requesting admission was
Michele Sarnese, son of Francesco , of age 49,
Born on 29 January 1886 in Italy (Riccia) , Province Campobasso
Occupation Real Stete[Estate], resident at 906 Wst. M??? (can not read the street)
He declares:
1 – He has 8 children by his wife, Teresina Di Paola, age 42, born 15 September In Philadelphia, PA, daughter of Antonio di Paola.
They were married on 22 December 1926
He names his wife, Teresina Sarnese, as his beneficiary
It also appears that he was a member of another lodge – Altavilla Irpino, he can not remember the number.
He cancelled that membership but can not remember the date.

Thank yo soooo much! Does it say something about a first wife? There is a 1 with a small "a" beside it.

Yes, it looks like his first wife is his present wife :D
