Help with birth certificate translation!

Hello!

I would really appreciate if anyone can look at my great-grandfather's birth certificate and translate it word for word? I tried to do it on my own but I'm getting stuck.

The undersigned official of the civil state of the town of Corleone certifies that from the acts of birth for the year 1863 Part I number 169 results that on day 10 of the month of April 1863 born in Corleone. via San Giuliano, Cutrupia Calogero of Salvatore (Cutrupia) and Giovanna di Carlo.

The present act was relinquished (issued) on free paper (carta libera*) for use…

Signed at the bottom by the town official

* carta libera means it was issued on plain paper, as opposed to legal paper, without an official duty (tax) stamp on it
