Well, it's not a mess...it's just the transcription of the death certificate of Pasquale Iacovone, who died in Ohio, in the registers of his home, or last residence in Italy. I try summarize...
He died in Warren, Trumbull, Ohio (numbers are references to the original record in Ohio) at 753, Dover Street (home).
He had been living there for the last 19 years, and 48 in the USA.
