Help with birth documents, Marsico Nuovo...

I have the birth record for Giovina Votta in Marsico Nuovo in 1863. Her father on the index is Giovanni Votta, but her birth record does not seem to state him as the father, and I'm having difficulty making the name out in the space that I usually find the father's name. Can someone please help me translate and explain possible reasons for the discrepancy? Thank you so much.

Her parents are Giovanni Votta and Mariantonia D'Elisa. . Giovanni is the son of Angelo. I can't make out what it says after Angelo. I'm sure someone can fill in the rest for you.
