How to address a letter

Hello

I am about to request a birth extract from Dinami, Catanzaro, Italy but I'm not sure exactly who to address it to. Can someone point me to an up to date address and show me how to format the address?

I have searched 'Archivio Di Stato' for Catanzaro but I'm not sure if that's who I need to write to. I'll also be sending letters to other Comunes so I'd like to think my letters have some chance of arriving in the right places. Unfortunately I don't read Italian.

I've also read elsewhere that people have received email replies from Archive offices. Has anyone tried researching by email? Any luck?

I would fax my request, and yes they have occasionally responded to request by email, however I could not locate an email address for them.
