I received a letter today from Commune di Frigento advising that I should contact State Archives at the Court of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, for my grandmother's birth certificate. Incoronata Cipriano was born either 25 April 1893 or 25 April 18887 in Frigento. I would like to write them but need their address.

They told me to do this but the State Archives do not have the kind of records you (or I) are looking for.

The State Archives of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi told you that Ann? If so, I do not know where to turn to now?
