Does anyone know if real estate records from the early 1900s exist in Italy? Or any sort of property records listing an address or street name?

Yes, they do, and they are sometimes kept at the local Archivio di Stato. They are called "catasti"

Were you able to find them? Do you know if there is a specific format to send a request letter, or a way to request searches online? I have ancestors who were listed as property owners and want to find their records.

No I was not able to obtain property records. I was hoping to find an online registry of deeds but was unsuccessful.
