Rocco, Purmont, Italy?

I'm thinking that should be Rocco, Piemonte, Italy.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hey Shutterbug,

Didn't know you were on here looking for grandpa too!! We'll find him, it'll just take a lot more digging.

I have tried to upload the WW1 Draft Registration Card for Louis Diveto. Can't seem to get it on here. It does appear to say Rocco or Rocca, Piemont? Italy. I found a place northeast of Turin or Torino by this name on the road to Milan. Do you think this could this be where he is from?
