In March 2025, I was personally told at the counter of the comune of Vazzola, Treviso that the high prices were to slow down requests for documents.
They are spending so much time on the documents that they can’t get their own work done.

My Attorney in Italy yesterday told me Italian Court just changed who can qualify for dual citizenship. It’s two persons past who ever was born in Italy.

Also there is a clause of adulthood requirement too.

Also Comuni are starting to charge 250 euros for birth certificates.

The question was answered that Maria Francesca Biasi was born in Soffratta, Mareno di Piave, Treviso, Italy and was one year old when she emigrated to Brazil with her parents.

Also, her full name of Maria Francesca Biasi is documented.

Here is Vito Rossi's 1918 WWI draft. With is birth date and stating he is naturalized.

1910 Federal Census states he emigrated in 1891 and was naturalized. He is listed as Ernesto V Roos.

On his WWI declaration for the draft in 1918 he is going by Vito Rossi. The document states that he is a naturalized citizen. It would be great to find the naturalization record.

Family Sources told me about the year of immigration.
