RED SHIRTS to Argentina: de MORO, GHILIERI, MADER ...
Hi, I traced my ancestors in Argentina, all of Italian origin who are said to have fled Italy between 1861 and 1869 because of their action in Italy unification process with Garibaldi. Last names are Edmundo (or Eduardo) and Itala de MORO (born 1829 and 1860), Guillermo GHILIERI (born 1817) and Luig...

Donna, Suanj
Thanks a lot for this info although it is a bit of a deception for me.
I hoped one of these boats would have eventually transited in Argentina.

1854 Garibaldi back in Italy
Hi everybody.
11 of february, Garibaldi arrives in England sailing from Baltimore.
On may 7, he arrives in Genova.
Would any of you experts in history, know the name of the boats ???
It's not a quizz and there is nothing to win. Sorry !
