Re: Search for Valente

Thank you so much. I never would have thought the information would be so easily available. All the other sites I visited (Ellis Island and Ancestory) wouldn't provide any information - I think Ellis Island wouldn't provide any information to me unless I knew SSN or parents names - which I had no ...

Re: Search for Valente

WOW. I cannot believe how much information you just provided. So, Matthew is obviously my Great Grandfather. I did know about Mary Valente and Rose (although I forgot to mention her in my first post). This is great information. I am so glad I was told about this site.

Thank you so very much.

My Grandfather's name was Ernesto or Ernie Valente. He came to the US when he was between the ages of 7 and 11. He lived in Milwaukee, WI. He married Audrey Browsoski (sorry if it's spelled ...

Re: Valenti/e Family

Hello. I am also a Valente. I can honestly say I do not know much about my family, but this is what I do know.

My Grandfather's name was Ernesto or Ernie Valente. I know he had a sister named Mary. I do not know if he had any other brothers and sisters. Ernie Valente married Audrey Browsoski (sorry ...
