Hello,
I am trying to find records of the births of children of Francesco D'Aquila (born 1825) who married Angelantonia Spenfiero (probably Spensiero) (born 1821) in Vinchiaturo. I know they had one child, Michele in 1855.
I cannot get to the LDS library.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Scott

Emigration from Italy to Brasil
Good day!
I am going to be starting to try and find records of my wife's grandfather who emigrated from Vinchiaturo, Italy to Minas Giras, Brasil in 1898. He worked the mines for about 5 years and left to return to Italy.
Does anyone know if he would have needed exit papers from Italy? Would the ...

Thanks, but as my first note said, Google butchered it.
I was hoping someone here knew Italian.

Hello! I just found this story. It is about my wife's cousin. I know it is long. Can anyone help with translation? Google butchers it.

Vinchiaturo Records - Marriages and births
Hi all! Great to be back here with an Italian question! Working on my Italian branches is almost as fun as eating the food, unless it is gnocchi, then the gnocchi win every time!
My daughter just met with a newly found set of cousins in my wife's D'AQUILA family. Wonderful that they come one from a ...

CRISPIGNA (Grispigna Crispgna) of Sassoferrato
Hello! I am beginning my work on this line of my family. While I am Bohemian, my wife is Italian (D'AQUILA and CASAGRANDE) and I am now working on her cousins.
I am in need of some help and figured this is the place to start.
First, the Americanized name is spelled Crispigna. Would this be the ...
