Thank you for your quick answers to my question. I found one article on the net, that put the cost at about $15 in 1920.

Not sure if you will get this or not. I have a Bagnuolo in my family tree. She is my grandmother. Would you happen to other information that might be of use to me.

Re: ARRIVAL INFORMATION/RAFFAELA UCCEIRO
How can find information on Raffaela's arrival back in Italy or documentation on her death. It is believed she returned to Afragola and then passed away, am unable to find any records in the US, so suspect that she indeed died in Italy.

Raffaela Ucciero
Am looking for information on the death of RAFFAELA UCCIERO. She arrived in New York on 4 Nov 1905, going to live with her husband, TOMMASINO FICO at 154 7th Ave, Mount Vernon, New York. In 1912 their daughter TOMMASINA, and son, GENERO FICO return to the United States from Italy. Have not been able...

Re: FICO/BAGNUOLO
Ok, thanks. I think it was on the 1930 census that I saw it posted. But now
I can trace and see if she became a naturalized citizen.

Re: FICO/BAGNUOLO
Valarie, Thank you for all of the valuble information. Most of it seems to fit what I have on paperwork, or have been told by my cousin. Her mother was Tommasina (Marcy) and she is the oldest of the 3 of us that are relatives that are still alive. There may be more, who knows? I am going to send for...

Re: FICO/BAGNUOLO
OMG!!!! Thank you so much. I am sure that is her arrival information in 1909. I just couldn't figure out the last name of the brother-in-law. I have a copy of the marriage certificate of my grandmother's second marriage, she remarried a man by the name of John Perreua and were going to live at 67 Sa...

Re: FICO/BAGNUOLO
There may be a connection way back in Italy. My grandmother's name that appears on my fathers birth certificate shows Guiseppina Bagnuolo. It also appears almost the same on the passenger list for arrival in New York in 1909 at age 22. I have not searched Italian records yet, but will be the next st...
