I recommend Suanj, she found my documents and prepared the letter for me to send to the commune so I could receive the documents which came a few months later. This is her website or you can PM her.

Where did you the paperwork Italia1963, online (link) or in an office? I found this link to correct a marriage record http://www.cityclerk.nyc.gov/downloads/ ... t_form.pdf
but nothing for birth or death records

Okay so to anyone who has done it recently, all my documents are from NYC, but I believe I am applying in Boston. I have all my documents so how do I go having the translations legalized and/or the documents authenticated by the NY consulate. Is this another 11 month appt wait or do I just show up ...

Yes, all my documents are from NYC and I also got them all at 125 worth street. Is this also the building where you go to make amendments? You said you found the staff there accommodating and friendly, does that mean you had amendments made. Do you mind if I pm you if you any experience in this ...

Unfortunately I will probably be applying in NY and apparently they are very strict. Is anyone familiar with amending documents in NY and how one would go about it? What proof would I need that they are the same person? An affidavit from me and my father?

I see there are two different naturalization dates for Dominick Robustelli. I assume the one you bolded is the more accurate one because it is a military record, rather than a census record.
