I also thought it could be 27, but a few lines up, there are ages listed as 17 and 27 - and the 7s are different and also - in the margins, anytime a number is listed with a "2", it matches the "2" for this "22" for P. Robbibere... so I am not sure... oh ...

I am trying to find out what my original surname is, "Romaine" is an "Ellis Island" name...
