Both my Italian grandparents came from Napoli/Salerno. Ancestry DNA test showed Italian results. My test with MyHeritage did not show Italian, but Greek/Mideast ancestry. At first I thought MyHeritage was just inaccurate, but maybe Napoli residents have Greek roots!

My grandfather came from Napoli/Salerno area about 1890. I can find no Malpere records in Family Search. I do find Malpede. There should be records for Guiseppe, Stefano, Victoria and Marie Teresa Malpere. Great grandmother Angelina Casella was married to Guiseppe. Can anyone help?
