I believe this a baptism record for Giuseppa Gargotta. I found it in the Marriage Processetti for her marriage to Giuseppe Sorce.

While the names are very close, and both are in Palermo they are
to different towns, each having their own set of civil records. I did scan through a couple indexes from your link just looking for some last names.. Sorce, La Barbera, Testa, Bonanno but no luck. But thank you for your help ...
