dual citizenship, can an attorney help spped the process?

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

dual citizenship, can an attorney help spped the process?

I live near San Francisco, my brother lives in Florida, we grew up in NY.
We both want to get an italian passport. Should we apply together?
Or do we have to apply in the state where we live, individually?
Does anyone know if an attorney can speed up the process?
