Canadian nationality

My great grandfather, born in Tuscany, emigrated to England - married and had family. Then later in 1904 emigrated to Canada with the younger children. I do not know if my great grandmother went as I cannot find any records after the 1901 census in England. I have found the 1911 census with my ggfather on in Canada with 2 sons. It lists him as being 'Canadian' and as married.
Does anyone know if naturalization records for Canada are available on-line? The area is Chambly Vercheres in Quebec.
I also cannot find what ship they travelled on. I can only find in Nov 1905 a child age 8 of the family on her own .
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes some Canadian naturalizations are online.
It depends upon the year
Some years only exist on Index Cards

It looks like it may only be on an index card if it's not in the
Montreal Circuit Court records (link added above)
That is a shame!

Naturalization 1854-1917
Citizenship and Immigration Canada holds records of naturalization and citizenship from 1854. The originals of records dated between 1854 and 1917 have been destroyed. However a nominal card index survives. It provides information compiled at the time of naturalization, such as present and former place of residence, former nationality, occupation, date of certification, name and location of the responsible court. The index rarely contains any other genealogical information.

Does anyone know if Ancestry is any good on Canadian records? I don't want to subscribe if not many records held as I only really want to find my great grandfathers naturalization (if he did that) and his death. I have his children's details already.
