Finally got no record from USCIS now what?
Re: Finally got no record from USCIS now what?
True, not worth spending the money if you aren't going to need or have the opportunity to use these documents with the apostille. I just ordered the apostilles as my documents were returned, knowing that they could be used even if I didn't apply for citizenship. It is always nice to have these documents internationally acceptable in the Hague ratified countries, you never know when you might use them if you travel a lot. I wasn't worried about spending the extra money on them.

If my mother and I are applying at the same time, do I need one set of documents with the seals or two, one for me and one for her? Or is it basically my mother applying and Im just handing over my BC?

I think it will be treated as the latter ("basically my mother applying and Im just handing over my BC"). Either way, I am sure one set of docs will suffice.

Now Im afraid she will bail out on me though the last minute over the issue we discussed. I guess it doesnt matter either way because if she bails, she can give me her set. Im doing all the work anyway, lol!
