Looking for family surname is Papi, My great grandfathers name was Luigi Papi born 1893 Moricone Roma Came to Canada at age 16. Can anyone help? Thanks Jule

Good genealogy starts with working backwards from the prresent in Canada to Italy. Go to oiriginal entry in Canada and then to www.paginebianche.it and put in Papi in the first line and the town in the third line and click CERCA for 12 listings of Papi in Moricone. You can ddecide if you wish to contact them or look over the record inmoricone by going thru the Family History Library of the Mormon chuirch nearest your home and obtain the microfilm for Moricone. If you are truly interested uin condcuting your own research then obtain the readable book Italian genaialogical Recrods by trafford R. Cole. Peter
