Can anyone help with info on Pucci or Sacco families?

Hello Everyone,
I'm new here, and was wondering if anyone can help me find information on any relatives that I might still have in Italy. My grandfather, Frank (Mose) Pucci was born in Nicastro on 11-15-1888. He had a half brother, Bruno Gaetano, also born in Nicastro on 7-28-1891. My grandmother, maiden name Rosa Sacco, was born in Nicastro on 7-16-1890. My grandparents were married in Nicastro on 6-24-1911. All three of them emmigrated to the US not long after that. (I have information on their ships, entry into the US, and naturalization). However, I do not know if they had any other siblings, or if I might have relatives who could still be in Italy, or who had also emmigrated to the US. Is there anyone who might be able to assist? I would also appreciate any information you can share. My name is Jason Sayers and I am the son of Darlene Sayers, maiden name Darlene Pucci. My mother is the daughter of Mike Pucci formerly of Freedom, PA. Mose Pucci is my great-grandfather.
