D'Attilio / Campitelli /DiNardo - Castel Frentano / Lan

I have quite a bit of info to go on and am looking for my next step or some help with italian documents.
My great grandfather came to the US in 9/8/1920
Camillo D'Attilio born in Lanciano, last known address Lanciano married to Lucia Dinardo who died 9/5/1925
Son of Maria (Campitelli) D'Attilio according to her manifest when she came to live with Camillo/Carmellio(depending on document)
Also according to his 2nd marriage certificate from the US in 1/8/1930 his father's name was Domnick(possibly Domenico)
But on his WWII registration Camillo lists his birthplace as Castel Frentano
According to the Manifest he was born in Lanciano
My grandfather Nicola/Nicholas D'Attilio born 9/13/1917 (deceased) came to the US in 8/18/1932 with his 2 brothers Vincenzo born in 1915 (still alive) and Domenico (still alive) born 1919
They all were born in Lanciano with a last known address of Castel Frentano
Maria Campitelli D'Attilio came to the US in 1939 - bron in 1866 in Castel Frentano, she listed a brother Donato; but I'm not sure if it is a blood-brother bearing the Campitelli name or a brother in law bearing the D'Attilio name.

I have been to Abruzzo, once iwth hopes to go again; we made a connection with my Great Grandmother Lucia Dinardo's family. So my wquestion is what office would I contact to obtain either marriage cert of my great great grandfather Domnick and Maria/ Camillo and Lucia, etc; also how would i go aobut obtaining the census records to see if my great grandfather Camillo had any siblings.
