Reading a Passenger Manifest?

Hello,

I have the passenger manifest of my great grandfather, I am having trouble reading 2 sections.

The first section is who sent him which states his parents but I cannot read the name of the parent written down, also I am having trouble reading the name of the person in the relative or friend he was to join.
