It seems that the FBI, as of August, is no longer sending back the Fingerprint Card. Instead, they are sending a letter with the "No Arrest Record" stamp. Does anyone have a translation of the new letter??
THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!
