I need to look into it why it shows the max is unlimited.

My husband's was the result of an amorous affair with a young girl of 16 in Geneva NY. The Italian father was in a POW camp for Italian forces in the US,held at Sampson Naval Base in Geneva NY in the 1942/43 time period. I have his POW number and his name but have no way of finding out what happened to his birth father who was sent home at the conclusion of the war. He never knew he fathered a child. Do you know where I might start my search
