Letter from potential relative

Post by legnoduro »

I recently sent a letter to a potential relative in Puglia. In the letter I requested that if he was not a relative could he pass the letter on to someone in the comune who might be. I just received an email regarding my letter. I am having difficulty understanding precisely what he is writing, could someone please translate this response for me?

sono XXXXXXXX Presidente dell'Associazione Turistica Pro loco
Deliceto,
conoscere eventuali suoi parenti.
Sito Internet

Thank you for your help!

My name is XXXXXXXX and I am the President of the Touristic Pro Loco Association in Deliceto,
a member of the Di Pasquale's (actually, there are few people with this surname) gave me your letter which shows your willingness to know possible relatives. For the time being, according to the information submitted we were not able to identify the relationships. I was given the responsibility to perform a deeper search at the Census office of Deliceto, to trace the relationships in a more precise manner. As soon as I complete my research, I hope, I will put you in touch with your relatives.
Waiting for the results accept my greetings and if you like it, visit our
