Bambino/a means baby. Ragazzo/a means child.

If I'm not mistaken, in Italian "bambino/a" is sometimes used for adults the same way "babe or baby" are in English.

Ok good making sure. I didnt want some girl telling me good night child...haha I mixed translations on this one. I figured by common sense it would be baby thought since we hit it off pretty quickly

I have always thought that bambino meant babyboy/child, bambina meant babygirl/child & that ragazza meant a girl...Johnnie
