Translation of an email from civil records office

Hello. Below is a copy of an email I recently received from the civil records office in the town of Teggiano, Italy. I wrote to obtain copies of birth certificates of two of my great-uncles to see if they were born in Italy or the US. Would someone be able to translate this for me? My uncles were named Vito and Antonio Russo.

Scudsandosi per il ritardo dovuto al fatto che pervengono tantissime richieste di certificati dall'estero da parte di citt.italiani "jure Sang.", si comunica con la presente che dopo aver controllato i registri di nascita di questo Comune da anno 1887 a anno 1889, NON RISULTA ALCUN ATTO DI NASCITA a nome di RUSSO Antonio,come da vostra richiesta datata 03.01.2011, pervenuta a questo Comune il 14.01.2011 Prot.n.000490.

Si chiede inoltre di voler specificare per quanto riguarda il pro zio RUSSO Vito manca anno di nascita e se si tratta del padre di RUSSO Antonio.

They apologize for being late in answering but they are receiving several requests from people that could be Italian citizens "jure sanguinis".
They also checked the birth books fro the years 1887 an 1889 and they did not find any record related to RUSSO Antonio.
They are also asking the birth year for Vito RUSSO and if he is the father of Antonio.

Thank you. I mailed a letter to them in January and received an email response. I assume I can reply via email and continue that way.

It is obvious that they are busy in their office with these types of requests. How do I respond and say the following,? I am, in fact, seeking much information from the town of Teggiano but I did not want to be greedy and ask for too much.

"Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I am grateful for your help. Vito RUSSO is the brother of Antonio RUSSO. Vito was born in 1889. Their parents were Cono RUSSO and Concetta D'ELIA, both born in Teggiano. I am also seeking information regarding Cono and Concetta.

Cono RUSSO was born about 1854 to Cono RUSSO and Maria MAGLIANO. Concetta D'ELIA was born about 1857 to Antonio D'ELIA and Saveria LAMAGLIA. Any information regarding this family and my ancestry would be greatly appreciated."

I am unsure if this is acceptible or if I need to spell out exactly what I would like. What would be the best way to request and phrase all of this? I am seeking to obtain anything I can find.

Ideally, I would like a birth certificate of Cono Russo b. 1854, and his parents' death certificates. I would also like a birth certificate for Concetta D'Elia and her parents' death certificates.
